Zeynep graduated from Huseyin’s alma matar University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 2006. You will either find her at the front checking prescriptions or in the office, knee deep in paper work while managing the back end of the business. She also spearheaded our Long Term Care program and maintains our Vaccine program. She is married with two children, Dilara and Defne, who occasionally pop by to visit mom at the pharmacy. The mother of the family who has been a backbone since the family's inception back in 1978. With a smile on her face, she fills in gaps in the pharmacy, places a women-touch, and keeps the family straight.

Huseyin,

The father in the family is a graduate of Pharmacy School of the University of Istanbul, Turkey, and the University of Maryland, and also has an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix.

​Prior to re-opening Kensington Pharmacy, Huseyin has spent 22 years with a national supermarket-drug chain. His positions included a staff pharmacist, pharmacy manager, pharmacy regional supervisor and pharmacy division director. While working at retail, also by working at Holy Cross Hospital pharmacy for many years, he gained clinical pharmacy experience

Melike, also a University of Maryland School of Pharmacy graduate, loves chatting with customers and they love chatting with her. She also provides medication reviews to some of our group homes and assisted living facilities, making her an excellent source for clinical questions. She lives with her husband and very cute dog Ruby.
